DSTI is run as a compact, specialist school. The executive team keeps the academic, operational and institutional direction aligned across campuses and study modes.

Direction of Studies supports admission assessment, academic progression, timetabling, student questions and the day-to-day academic organisation of the school.

This team is usually the first human contact for applicants, partner counsellors and employers. It supports admissions, international relations, corporate relations and applicant follow-up.

Communication supports the school’s public presence, visual material, student stories and institutional communication across DSTI channels.

Administration and finance keep the school’s daily operations stable: enrolment administration, student documents, accounting, finance control and internal processes.

The IT & Telecom team supports the technical infrastructure behind DSTI’s hybrid teaching, campuses, systems and day-to-day digital operations.
