Study Modes • one school • several ways to join

Choose how you study at DSTI.

DSTI was built as a connected school. Depending on your programme and profile, you can study on campus, join live classes remotely, or follow an asynchronous online route where it is available.

One schoolThe academic standard belongs to DSTI, not to a delivery format. Connected classroomsParis, Sophia-Antipolis and remote students can share the same teaching rhythm. Clear fitAvailable study modes depend on the programme and your study route.
01 — Three ways to study

Simple difference: where you are, and how you follow the class.

The important point is that study mode is not a separate academic identity. DSTI keeps one academic framework, while offering different ways to access teaching.

On campus

French Riviera / Sophia-Antipolis

Study on DSTI’s French Riviera campus, in the Sophia-Antipolis technology park, with a structured class rhythm and direct access to a major innovation ecosystem.

  • Best for students who want campus structure in a technology-park environment.
  • Available according to programme and intake.

Paris

Study physically at DSTI in central Paris, with regular class rhythm, campus life and access to the capital’s academic and professional environment.

  • Best for students who want an urban campus experience.
  • Available according to programme and intake.

Live access

Live Streamed

Join scheduled classes live from another place. You follow the same timetable, teaching session, discussions and academic expectations as the classroom.

  • Useful when you cannot relocate immediately or attend campus every day.
  • Requires serious personal organisation and a stable study setup.

Asynchronous route

Online asynchronous

Follow programme content through classroom recordings, DSTI Learn and Direction of Studies follow-up. This mode is especially relevant for selected postgraduate and professional routes.

  • Best for experienced, self-directed learners.
  • Availability depends on the programme.

03 — What stays the same

Study mode changes access. It does not lower the academic standard.

For each programme, DSTI defines the academic route, teaching expectations, assessments and student support. The study mode only explains how you access that route.

Same programme identityYour degree route is tied to the programme, not to a delivery label.
Same academic frameworkAssessment, projects and progression rules remain part of DSTI’s academic system.
Same Direction of StudiesStudents are followed by the Direction of Studies and supported through DSTI Learn.
Same career objectiveStudy mode should support your professional path, not dilute it.
