At DSTI, the Direction of Studies is present from the very beginning: admissions assessment, scholarship decisions, preparation guidance, academic operations, quality management, progression and student support. They keep standards clear, follow questions through, and make sure students are not left alone when the programme becomes demanding.

Rigorous with students and faculty, they are also known for the human side of DSTI: regular check-ins, practical help, pastoral care and someone to listen when students or families need it.

The Direction of Studies connects admissions assessment, the academic calendar, professors, support requests, progression meetings, quality monitoring and the daily situations that shape a student’s experience.

02 — From admissions onward

Support begins before day one.

The Direction of Studies works alongside the Admissions Team from the start. Together, they review the academic value of each application, check eligibility for the chosen programme and assess scholarship opportunities.

The team decides when a DSTI entry examination is needed, including the specific Year 2 direct-entry route for eligible Bachelor and MSc applicants. They also guide admitted applicants towards preparatory materials before classes begin.
